Up for sale I have a Mercury 6 hp 4 stroke longshaft. This is a 2004 model I bought new/factory sealed in 2006. Had it on my Jetboat for back-up power,but never really used it in the river as it was a bit small. Used on two short trips to Bamfield and once up country at Loon Lake. Other than that it has been ballast on the back of the jetboat for the past two seasons.It has a factory charging system that I added to keep the batteries up when trolling.
Also comes with a spare prop,fuel tank and hose.
My boat is always parked indoors so the motor hasn't been out in the weather except when fishing.All regular yearly maintenance done religiously. Runs like excellent.
I recently picked up a Yamaha 9.9 highthrust which will be a lot better for emergency power in the river,so, the 6 hp needs a new home.
