Seymour river

I was wonderring if anyone knows or knows where I can find information about run size and fishing months on the Seymour river for those beautiful Steelhead. Has anyone gone out there recently, I had a freind catch one early January nice 10lber.

I used to live in North Van, awesome stretches of water to fish from what I remember, straight and consistant depths with lots of boulders for the fish to hold behind. Excellent fly water.
