arrgh! Can't see your link? I use the gas buddy app on my Iphone, its saved me some money here and there but there is no provision for marine fuel on it. Maybe if enough users requested it they'd put it in.
He does it a lot, the one letter version is hard to see...hopefully he doesn't use it to post midget porn or anything too off topic as i am sure we would have our work cut out for us to catch it, those scots are devious little buggers.
Sorry guys, that is the default when you post a link and a couple of times people have not noticed the 1st letter is blue. My bad, I will make the whole first word blue next time. Looks like a useful link as long as they update it frequently. It's in the US, hence the litres to gallons translation, not that theirs are REAL gallons anyway......
LOL, Ribby you beat me to the post. It's usually lesbian donkey porn BTW....
Gas prices on the water look like they might be coming down in Vancouver. Chevron and M Creek are both at 1.48 per liter. Any word on fuel prices at the fuel dock in False Creek?
Was kayaking Steveston Harbour today (I know, should'a been in something bigger that has downriggers...) at the marine Chevron gas is $1.45, diesel $1.18...
Sorry to get off track here but I was told by a former TJ dealer in the Lower Mainland not to run premium fuel in my boat as it burns too hot for a marine engine under more strain than a similar 5.7 liter in a car/truck.
It's 1.49 at pender island at poets cove gas at the station in town is 1.40 then in victoria it's 1.20. I don't understand why it's so much more when it's purple gas and there is no road tax on it wich means it should be 60 cents a liter less
Some where there is price gouging going on, the price of oil per drum is cheaper than 1986 when gas was under a buck a litre.
I guess having the government being the biggest partner via taxes, the government allows the higher prices.
Some reports have the price maybe dropping under $2.00 a gallon or $0.53 a litre, within a year.
BENEFIT: I am currently paying $1.20-1.25/litre for regular-grade vehicle gas where I live, and marked gas is going for $.91. For the amount of gas my boat uses over a season, I will save about $180 per year.
DISCLAIMER: You will get endless debate from people as to what grade the gas is, the quality of the gas, and the ethanol content. Do your research first to ensure that Marked Gas is appropriate for your engine and for your use.
Thanks for the info!
One thing, would you mind sharing where your getting it that cheap, I have yet to find it that price?
