    Went out Saturday and had Sockeye swarming around the boat. Landed one, lost two. Went out Sunday, very few Sockeye visable; however, lost one at the boat. Landed two White Springs: 10lb and 26lb. Both at 50-60 feet on Sockeye gear. Lots of grilse so keep an eye on your gear for that little wiggle.

    Lots of Sockeye going by South Pender on the weekend. I'm sure they will all be rounding towards the Fraser so we should have lots of good fishing for a while. Caught a couple and changed to Spring gear to see if I could knab something a little bigger. No luck, caught a bunch of grilse!!!
