Went out fishing from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Bell Bouy. Fished from 70' to 25' with anchovies and a plug didn't get a bite. About ten boat when we left not sure if they got any. The rain or the lack of rain gear made us go in.
have fun, Jason

You were fishing in the WRONG spot...that's why.

There were fish to be caught this weekend for those who knew where to look.
Wow, what a completely unhelpful response. I hope your future posts will be more interesting.
A little more information goes along way.....Welcome to the forum FlounderPounder, there is always
room for positive input.... :beerchug: Marko
Im not sure it was flounder he was pounding :wallbash:
Gave her a go for half an hour at Sandheads tonight, even shorter that your trip Big J. 6:30pm until 7pm. At least it was mostly dry but unfortunately no luck for me, but I heard from a couple neighbours that there were some good Springs landed there today. Get ready bottom bouncers. Sounds like there's a big wave heading up the creek.
Flounder Pounders so right,
how could I miss the neon sign in the sky... I must have been stone. Oh well, at least someone had that dream day.
Have fun, Jason

Jay....were the doggies much of a problem on the chovies??
I know it is a little late but I was out on my own on the 15th. Tried the Bellbouy for 3hrs with nothing but dogs (I even got a double of those) trolling at about 5-6 kmh. Ran down to the area just north of T10 and boated a large Pink and a small red spring, and had a good hook up on something big all within an hour. Lost the last one messing with the other rod and downriggers :wallbash:.

All on anchovies on 5' leader 35'-60' in about 120' of water.
