How much bend is the best when rigging your anchovy ,just a slight one behind the dorsel ,or when the chovie is almost bent into a you shape,I have tried both and caught fish both ways but what is the consensus,
If you are using a 'chovie holder and have brined them properly, and inserted a small wire to keep the shape, I would suggest about 1 roll per second for springs, and chum and about 2 rolls per second for coho. Also depends on the speed of the boat and your land speed when fishing in the tides..........Ortho 8)
