Getting very restless waiting for our trip to Port Hardy in July. I was wondering if anyone knows of and video links of salmon actually taking a bait, it would be cool to see how they react before they hit.

Try utube.com it's amazing what one finds when searching.You just may even see a few video's on there from this site if you look hard enough1

Google Charlie White. He's renowned british columbian researcher on salmon behavior taking bait. He's got a couple excellent underwater videos that are probably a bit dated, but in their time they were pretty interesting.
