Hi. I moved to the valley just over 2 years ago, I've done 2 days lake fishing and several days salmon fishing on the Puntledge River. I have little to no local knowledge of fishing here and would like to learn more about what’s on offer locally. (Comox Valley/Campbell River area)
I lived over 100 miles from the ocean in England and do not have a clue about sea fishing. However, I am looking at getting a boat once I have my Boat safety licence and some knowledge of what the hell I'm doing.
If anyone has the time and patients to teach and old dog new tricks I would be most grateful. It goes without say that I am willing to share any expenses if you have a boat, I do have my own truck and I'm willing to do any driving and pay for all the gas.
