I got a call from my boss yesterday and he informed me I wasn't working today, and asked if I'd like to join him for a day out on the big flow instead. 8) ..Well you never have to ask me twice to go fish'n 8) ...Results were good for us on the big sticks, and spin'n glo's. Giving us 5 bent rods in total between three of us. Landing three of them..the biggest of which was my 22 after it was cleaned..Most of the the action came in the AM...Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come heading into this weekend.

Finder

First fish of the morning.

Second fish to the boat. The lucky recipient didn't opt for a photo, so we took a shot anyhow.

My spoils for the day.

I told you guys earlier, 'Finder is a good rod and doesn't lose very many fish. Those are beauties, my friend. Sure makes that little guy I landed on the Cheddar look pretty small!.Ortho 8)

WOW! Awesome. I need to do that. Obviously a sweet looking bar. Were you plunking or dragging bouncing betty (short leader of course) over the gravel? I bounced roe with a spin n glo and 24 inch leader at the bottom of a gravel bar on the Skeena and it worked well. Wish I had a big enough motor to get my boat to some good bars.
