Was out to Bamfield on Friday. A number of fish are showing up again inside.
Saw a couple of Springs well over 40 at the dock. Whittlestone, Kirby, Edward King, Wall.
Anchovies seem to be doing the trick.

Ran to Port at the end of the day and saw atleast 10 fish boated around China Creek.

fished Bamfield Wed/Thurs

Wed 20 mile - Lots of Coho, springs were harder to find and are largest to the boat was 16 lbs.

Thurs 7 mile - More Coho galore, the springs were still tough to find and small. One small Hali.

Saw some nice springs from caught from Beale all the way down to China Creek. As hard as it is to leave the non-stop action of the banks I guess one should move inshore if they are after the lunkers.

We were at 7mile on Saturday and got 2 Coho and 2 Spring's a 22lb and a 26lb all on Purple Haze Hoochies. Got 1 16lb Spring at Fleming on bait on our way back in.

Nice job,
I was starting to think that all the big ones had moved in. We fished 7 mile 2 weeks ago and got 4 fish over 20lbs, biggest one 30+. This last trip however it was a real scratch just to find a 16. It made it even worse to see 25's and 30's coming off the inside.
We got all out fish on a Cop Car spoon and a black Apex. The Apex out fished the spoon 2-1.
