Started fishing at 6:30 around the first marker at Spanish Bank but nothing until about late 7 ish. When we got three hits in about an hour, all salmon. Only picked up one a small white spring, 44' feet on anchovies. All our hit were against the grain of the stupid circle everyone fell into - North to South. Too many boat, thanks to whom ever put linked my pics to the SFBC site. Just joking Dogbreath. Saw morganic, piperflecher and from the other sight Black Dog. Nice calm morning with many porpises. Fishin'magician was slaying em' left and right... it was a total clinic. He was the guy who got everything and we got not but dolphin poo.
Tried the T-10 from about two miles to it but it did not seem fishy. Then troll back to the harbour picking up a small (14") spring.
Have fun, Jason

Yeah...we did alright... managed to add to the 'kill' tally.
There were a few fish caught yesterday....

But for 50 boats, there wasn't a whole lot going on. Feel sorry for the guy we saw farm that hog...man...that thing went around the boat like 5 times!

Hmmmm..speaking....maybe time now for Starbucks and taking another crack at it today...

good to meet you on the water there jay.I've been reading your posts the last 2 years and followed your advice quite a bit. I fished chovies most the morning and didnt get a sniff but on the run in i swithched one rod to a 3 1/2 inch coyote spoon and had a monster on between the two markers that i ended up losing as buddy was trying to net. line snapped and away was the fish with spoon and flasher still attached. maybe some other fisherman will get a bonus if he catches him.
