I am heading out on Sunday to fishthe mouth of the Fraser for the first time and was wondering where the beat place to launch would be? I am coming from poco and was thinking about either the macdonald launch or captains cove. Thoughts?

McDonald is the best launch I've found... never an issue on any tide. About 4 miles from the the North Mouth.

Captain's Cove is good for any tide you'll see this weekend and gives you a straight run downriver to Sandheads.

Captain's cove or Wellington point in Ladner are both good launches. Lots of fish today south of Sandheads so if you are planning on going out there Ladner would be a better bet than MacDonald beach and they are also no charge ramps unlike MacDonald beach I believe

If you are fishing the South Arm there is a good launch at the end of #2 road, only 1 draw back it only has a single lane. very good launch though, you can get in high or low, cost is $10.00
