I was there last Thursday and the lake was very LOW. The water was down about 6' from the usual summer level, so that means stepping in the mud to launch your boat.
They are spinning the turbines again to generate power, after a long shutdown.
the lake is and will be low for the next couple of weeks in order to reconstruct the floating bridge on the south arm of the lake. However fishing has been good recently.
