I fished the cap yesterday under the highway bridge with no luck. Water level is really low. Saw a few fish jump but were really small. What is the most effective way to fish the cap, spoons and spinners or drift fishing.

All of the above will work well...best to time your trip for when the water levels come up...once that happens there will likely be a big push of fish...

Yep and if all those inner city people would just stop drinking water and running their computers, they say they could let more water out. Once again the population pressures of the lower mainland get in the way of conserving the resources. Just the other side of the coin. eace:
