Hey guys,
Still doing some local Vancouver exploring. Should I look into fishing the Capilano? Is it too hot and low right now or might it be fishable? Also, what kinds of flies do guys use there?

I checked out the Capilano today just to see what kind of access there is, check out the hatchery and hike around the park. Didn't bring a rod. It's a beautiful place. I saw a bunch of fish holding in pools (closer to the hatchery than the ocean). Looks really low though.

Does this river pick up after the rain starts? Looks like it's quiet and dry right now.

yes usally after a good rain fall the water levels go up and fishing is decent.
