Nanaimo Beach casting

Although it has been a few years, We used to chuck small buzz-bombs off the beach at "Rocky Point" .
I still see guys standing out on the rocks as we troll by so it must still be worth a try.

Rocky Point is just off Hammond Bay Rd.

Here are directions from MapQuest:

Bite times

I usually see guys after supper (7-9)

Drop by the old Sealand Tackle shop at Brechin Pt. boat ramp.
I think it is called "The Screamin Reel" now.
They are sure to have heard whats goin on.

They have a bunch of the local tide and bite guides that are produced by the local Radio Station "The Wolf".
I think the WOLF has tide and bite times on the air a couple of times each morning as well.
