Circle hooks a regulation?

Has anyone heard if circle hooks will become a regulation next year? I have heard rumors of it to prevent snaggers which woould be good :thumbup:! Also has anyone ever used them before and what did you think? :)

fyurslyr - I know this was discussed a while back on the site here. If you do a search (do and advanced search coverinf the whole forum topics) you should find the whole discussion.
