a full sinking line or versa tip sinking works best for me
anything small blue\green with a touch of flash fo Cohos
and anything pink for Pinks
best time well that differs year to year
June July and August all can do well
all best first light on incomming tide

Beach fishing in frontg of Old Orchard Community Hall in Ioco can be very good on a rising tide. Cutties are often found there in the winter/spring as well. August to October are the best months for the Salmons. I have landed chum there as well as coho and pinks. Great spot, cause i can often fish for a couple of hours beforfe head up to work, or hit it on the way home (it is only 10 min from my house.)
