I'm wondering on how early in the year and how late in the year that you have hooked into a coho? I got april until later november.

Well if we are talking clean coho, then what you have said is about right. Late november for me, if we exclude summer capilano coho, then late august for the other end of the scale...

I had a wild ho in mid second week in august this year, and it wasnt at the cap either. Late in the year, a bullet Nov. 28 a couple years ago. ;D

I got a buddy who swears Jan. for late, Mid december for me

Mid February on the Chehalis, while fishing steelhead, it was chrome but quite soft.

And wild.

November 28th 2004. Me and my cousin in four hours hooke into 18 coho's with one of them tomatoe like all the rest were chrome.It also snowed six inches in four hours.Easy hike in and long hike out!

The latest i caught and bonked a chrome coho was mid nov and i got my pic with it nice and chrome, 15 min later the things black as a boot! feb coho, i can see it, but who targets coho in feb? it'sSteelie season in feb and (we don't need no stink'in coho's) Bring on the heads of steel! :beerchug:

i got a nice big northern on the cheakamus last year on December 18th and have heard as late as early january up my way....

Similar time frames to others-nothing extreme

Late coloured coho: Dec 28
Late bright coho: Dec 3
Early coho: 2nd week of May

Haven't really got any early coho, but I landed a Chrome jack in January (late), plenty of dirty ones while steelhead fishing in January.

December 23 for clean coho caught on the chehalis. We got into a few of them that day. Also caught 4 coho on the vedder August 26. Plus many early ones at the cap.
