Fished the Cowichan, Mid-river, on Saturday morning in the rain. River was in good shape with about 18 inches of visability. Beached 8 coho and more chums than I could count. The coho were in good shape, but 2 had net marks. Didn't retain any fish. It was great to get out on the flow again.

That's sure good to hear. I waited so long for it to open, and now I'm too busy to fish. At least someone is getting out there.

the Cow is open for retention of one coho per day now! I din't know they had a good run of ho's! Hmmmmmm
