Anyone going to be at the 20TH annual Watch lake/green lake fishing derby this weekend? I bet it will be a 9 pounder that wins this year!

Iv'e heard on a number of occasions that lake is starting to grow some serious lunkers.

Yep it sure is!!!
This year the winner was 8 pounds 12 ounces
2nd was 7 pounds 13 ounces
And I came in third with a 7 pound 9 ounce monster. Last year I won with a 4 pound 11 ounce fish so they are definitly growing!!!
They stocked the lake with tzensicut about 5 years ago and they are really getting big now, eating the little pennask they stock. It's a lot harder to catch these fish but when you hook one it's worth the effort!
