I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to get some downriers on my 14foot Princecraft? I know Big Jay has a set up for his Zodiak, and was wondering if the same could be done in this case.

Tube.........do you want to buy a mounting system or 'rig' something up?

If you are looking for some options go to www.scotty.com You have to download the pdf file of the catalogue, but they have a number of different mounting options that will mount right on the gunnels of a boat if that is along the lines of what you are looking for. Pages 8-12 have different options for mounting.

i mounted a 2 x 12 with big alum hinges ( custom) across the back of my boat (19.75 silverline) then mounted my elec. riggers to the 2x 12 it is sweet!!! it takes the load off the gunwales and spreads it out . been using it for 5 yrs know. also it gives you a work bench to cut things on . I,m going out tommorow maybe i,ll snap a pic and post it for you . 8)
