Hey guys

I hit the flow with my brother in-law yesterday at about 8:30am....fished the mid river from Tamihi to Way's....we really hit the river hard and the weather did the same to us.....we saw everything from blinding snow, pouring rain, sunny blue sky and then the 50km winds picked up and that was about it for us....well not to mention the beauty wipe out I had coming down a snow covered slope...it just about did me in but i sucked it up in the hopes of some chrome redemption.....i touched nothing all day but my bro landed a fat but wild 14lb doe and shook hands with another but it dove under some rocks and off she went....all in all a sweet day on the flow.....a quick FYI....we saw the river rise and color up quite a bit from the morning to the afternoon.....all this rain is going to make a huge difference!

Here are some quick pics of that wild doe....
