Fishing Ambleside
Was out today in that mess of weather. Actually other than being a bit wet it wasn't too bad. Had 8 fish on including two at once. Unfortunatly only 1 keeper. Little bit unusual as lately the ratio of keeper to undersize has improved but today it wasn't good. All fish were caught trolling with the current. Still had fun but give me -3C and dry any day.....

ya gotta be within 10 ft of the bottom.. if you aren't occasionally dragging the balls on the bottom you aren't deep enough....i was using a army truck gypsy spoon on both lines...its my favourite
