Hey,
Im a 25 year old student, who moved to burnaby a few years ago and new to the sport. Looking for some buddies to do some salmon fishing. Hopefully someone who can show me some good spots in the area and give me some tips. I know that doesnt sound very fun for an experienced angler but i can provide beeeeer for your trouble ,possibly a carpool, or at least some company.

Welcome to the forum Glen! I am sure you'll make some friends here. We have "fishouts" fairly regularly where many of the members meet up and fish together for the day or even a few days, that's good place to start. Hopefully some of the members here will contact you as well, and the ball will start rolling.
