tie up to a stump or deadhead as close to the confluence as you can. cast spoons or attractor fly patterns into the muddy fraser and bring them into the the clear vedder. should get you some hits. i don't fish kwikfish or anything so i can help you there.
if all else fails, troll a spoon back and forth in an "S" pattern, clear water - muddy water, clear - muddy and so on and so forth.
