Subject: FN0686-RECREATIONAL - Salmon - Region 6 - Skeena River - Sockeye - Daily Limits
Effective 00:01 hours Monday, August 23, until 23:59 hours Wednesday, September
15 the daily limit for sockeye salmon has been decreased to 1/day from 2/day in
the following waters:
- The mainstem waters of the Skeena River from the mouth upstream to a point
immediately above the confluence with the Babine River.
Anglers are reminded of the sockeye non-retention area on the Skeena River near
the mouth of the Kitwanga River as marked by boundary signs.
The possession limit for sockeye salmon is twice the daily limit.
