Are there any public boat launches on the Fraser in the Fort Langley area? I want to start exploring the Fraser and a launch in that area would be the most convenient. Thanks

bedford channel, there is a launch just up from the bridge... u need a hightide to launch most of the time..

Channel can be very shallow so watch the prop. Sounder a must.

The marine Air park up river around 1 mile has a launch but don't know if they allow public boats,may be sea planes only.

It's private, but apparently you might be able to "convince" the manager there to let you use it. Having said that, it's not ideal for boats, at least from what I've seen on the water.

If you are going to use the launch in the Bedford channel, watch out for the hole on the one side. If you are standing at the top of the launch looking down, it's on the left side. It's not too bad, but will put you out of level pretty quick.
