Took my wife and our 4 month old son out for a day on the water yesterday.
Found a nice spot to anchor with a great view of mount baker.

Had numerous bites, but could only land one little guy...

Was using a pack of frozen ollies as bait...
Saw lots of fish jumping. and one guy netting just east of derby reach

Nice pics sandhead, when I was coming home from work I noticed a small boat with a red buoy by the corner above Derby around 4pm, same guy I wonder?

Could be the test fishery boat? If not maybe a FN food fishery.

If you are not sure if it is legal call it in and let DFO figure it out!

The test fishery boat says witch doctor on it. I was fishing around crescent island friday, saturday and saw a couple boats drift netting. same vessels I have seen there many times before so I guess they're allowed. Sure sucks when they drift in right below ya though
