Hi there,
I'm new to this forum and look forward to trading posts with you guys. Seems like lots of good info to share in.
I've fished all my life, salt and fresh water, and just moved to Victoria from Calgary - where I spent the last five years working and chasing Browns and Rainbows on the Bow.
I'm pumped to be back home on the west coast. I grew up fishing the Vedder, Cheakamus, and Cap mostly with the occasional trip to the Island to fish the Stamp.
I'm wondering if anyone out there can shed some light on any other fisheries besides the Stamp, close enough to Victoria to make day trips to.
Ie, the Cowichan, Nitnat, San Juan.
It takes time to get to know different fisheries, I'm hoping though to be pointed in the right direction to start.
Thanks guys..............Go Canucks!
