You need a 4 x 4 with good clearance, a belly boat, canoe, or pontoon boat to fish it as there is no boat launch. Also, there is a 2 km trail to the lake from where you have to park your vehicle. If you're serious about going pm me and I'll be happy to help you.

My friend Andrew made the drive up from Port Moody with his wife and kids to spend a leisurely long weekend in the land of peaches, beaches, wine and golf....and awesome fishing too. We headed up to Geen on Saturday night. We fished for 3 hours or so and between us landed over 25 fish. All but three, which we kept for the fry pan, were safely released without bringing them out of the water. The average size was about two pounds and all were taken deep. Another bonus for me was snagging a really nice Shimano light action spinning rod and reel that I had lost last year when I dumped my canoe trying to net a lunker. Maybe on my next trip up there I'll find the digital camera that went down in the same, as my wife calls it, "boating incident."
