Im from vancouver and very new to this was hoping you guys can help me out and give me some good spots where i can do some crabbing and fishing off a pier cause I dont have a boat.
Havent been there for years...My understanding is that it was pretty much fished out for crabs....You can probably still catch flounders and bull heads out there but not much else.... someone may have a more recent update...
In white Rock, you will catch tons of crabs, but most of them if not all will be undersize. There is tons of people fishing fopr crabs there when the tides comes up but rarely people catch legal size crab.
This summer many people where casting there crab traps from shore at cates park, but most crab they got where undersized. At low tide there are many medium sized crabs in about 4 ft of water.
