Oh Man! This was the first January I can remember that I never fished once. But I am all caught up now, and just itching to get out there. But it sounds like the usual suspects are pretty poor choices right now. With work and school both eating way too much time, I my only get a couple of days to fish. So... direct me.

i have my network of Island spies out in the field. The warmer weather should put some freshies in all systems. I'll post as soon as I hear something.

Well that was a relief! Made it out yesterday and beached two beautiful steelhead. For the first time ever, I hooked one on my first cast too, which was extra fun. The water was very clear, and it took a lot of walking, but I can't wait to get back out. The secret bais is an orange spin'n'glo, and a plastic egg.
