Does anybody know what Graybar launch is like in Richmond? Ie, cost and conditions at low tide? I have a buddy who has a 19 ft bayliner who was wondering if he could launch there.

Here is the skinny on the Graybar Launch. I have wondered about this cuz I drive by the boat launch sign on the Hwy 91 everyday after work. So I found out today that it hasn't existed for 10 years. So FYI...there is NO LAUNCH there. Closest launch is at Bridgeview according to the locals.
