Greater Vancouver Motorcycle Show

I'm afraid of going to the bike show, just finally sold both of mine last summer after 3years of not riding. Kids, fishing, camping...no time for bikes :'( Already planning my mid-life crisis though, there will be a built bike in the plans ;D

My problam is where to carry the rods but I guess the old addage , where there's a will....

I have been on many road trips and I always take my telescoping 6 footer, a small mitchell reel and some spinners and flies....Always catch fish!...Even a 3 lb. carp!!....Now that was fun............Ortho 8)

my dad and I have taken the bike out to Kilby to fly fish for pinks :thumbup: just strapped them to the bike and brought a backpack to bring home the fish ;D

not a lot of room for fishing tackle on my bike. It is a great show to see the new products coming out, I will try to make it out there this weekend and if I do I will certainly stop by.

Please tell us that you didn't ride on the back of a bike?

Two guys on a bike is a "SIN" The only time and I mean Only time is when someone is broken down, to help the brother get help! Thats it............ But to go for a ride OMFG.

The measurements to get on the back of my bike are 36D :cheers:

hey when the wife has the car and were goin fishin, the bike it was,and to top it off it was HER bike. the fishin was great and the gas bill way cheaper and hook doesn't ride so it was the passenger thing for him. and don't get greedy. u know you'd let her on at 36C.lol :happy: :thumbup:

Yes it is true, by the way what do you ride? I got a 2004 FLHRI and love it, I'll never ride another make again. Harley is the only way to go!

Maybe HOOK was in the sidecar? I can picture it, matching white scarfs. ;D

There is a reason why you can get 4pc pack rods! My camel pack has a nice strap system for the rod tube and enough space for gear and food/drinks for the day. It doesn't matter if it is a street or dirt bike, the pack and rod doesn't get in the way.
