my family has had a cabin on greeny lake for about 5o yrs. I've fished it on and off for the last 20. Compared to how the fishing was even 5-10 yrs ago its slow and the fish are smaller. A contributing factor is the campsite and the number of people who will camp and fish everyday for a week or 2 or more. My uncle who lives up there and is a member of the greeny lake fire dept. has taken it upon himself to monitor the campsite and report licence plate numbers of those who are staying too long. As for a recent report, my step dad was up at greeny about 2 weeks ago visiting my uncle. they fished for 2 days, maybe 4 hrs per day, and got 6 fish. They were trolling leeches and flat fish.
