I know it plays second fiddle to the sea lice issue but escapes are an important argument against current aquaculture policy. If you happen to be fishing in the area, try targetting these guys and, as Clare Backman of Marine Harvest (the company running the farm) says of fishers in the area, "They should keep the fish, clean it and bake in a 400-degree oven with a ginger and green-onion garnish.
