Hi, I haven't been to the Chehalis since late October of last year and I remember a flood or something occurring. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how it is behaving in the hatchery area now. Is it flowing by the hatchery channel again, or does it continue flowing through the woods by the native land?

LOL ;D
LMAO!!

Spacecadet, I can't see the river going back to its original flow like before, at least not anytime soon. The main flow is far from the hatchery now. Although it is allowed, it is probably best to stay away from fishing the hatchery channel just because of the amount of stress it can put on the fish, and because it is a straight up gong show.

what is considered there to be a hatchry channel? that Creek between fishing boundary sign ( about 100 meters from hatchery gates ) and main Chehalis flow I assume?
