Has anyone been to the Stave? I'm going out tomorrow either the Stave or the Harrison. What river would give me the best chance of finding Coho or even some chum. Any input would be great.

Went to the Stave last weekend near the damn on Hydro side. A few guys float fishin and on the fly but did not see any fish on or any on deck. Was only there couple hours but could see fish breakin the surface in light flow and a few swimmin around that private float dock, smaller trout maybe. Should be showin up in good numbers real soon.

Some of my buddies went there yesterday. They said that there weren't very many fish caught, just a few pinks. They saw some chums rolling in the fast water, but no hook-ups. There was one jackass using bouncing bettys with a 15' leader. He was hooking moldy pinks like crazy, but some other anglers re-educated him. :naughty:

Was at the stave this morning and it is still pretty quiet. Saw a few fish rolling but no hook ups for me our anyone else that we say fishing.

I was there on monday and hooked into a nice big chum, that I put back, and was there today and nothing much happening.

I'm heading up to stave tomarrow, wednesday. Will get back to you tomarrow night and tell you what i saw. Hopefully hooked into.
