I've fished in several sections of Indian arm and can't seem to catch any flounders bigger then fourteen, sixteen inches. Yet, i've seen several older fishermen pulling out two plus foot flounders! Doesn anyone know any 'good' spots to fish from shore for flounder? Or any cheep bait sugestions...

Although it been years since targeted flounder, I always found seaworms as worked best. But you want to keep them off the bottom abit or they will try to dig into the sand. I always find the flood tide best for shore fishing.
As for get big ones, I've only caught a couple strarry flounder close to 2' and I think that that is about as big as they get. So catching that 2'er maybe more time put in/luck than skill.
Are you using a boat?
have fun, Jason
