I would look at buying a new one. It is like one of those inflatable mattresses, it'll keep giving you problems. I had one once that we repaired, about midday through there it went ruined the rest of the day.
A friend of a friend has an old Metzler Esquire S he is looking to get rid off. It has a wooden floor and transom and is approx 12' long. Anyone have any experience with these boats. Did some searching online but did not find much info. The info I did find is all in German and google to english translation is not so good.:-\ :wallbash:

My dad had 2 Metzlers when I was a kid. Awesome boat or boats!
We went to a lake once and it was a pay launch and the guy thought we lost the trailer and boat!!
Anyway, I was in the Polaris factory in Langley and mentioned a Metzler they told me that thier boats are made with the same sorta fabric and they Metzlers were good boats.
