If you want to fish there you better make friends with someone who lives on the lake or you will hear gun fire in the air
Judson is not a private lake per se, however all the shore on the Canadian side is privately owned so access is difficult unless you have connections...which I do :). In the span of a couple of hours we caught bass, perch, crappie and catfish in an area the size of a swimming pool. You would be hardpressed to find that kind of abundance in such a small area even in Ontario.

The lake is heavily weeded. Where we were fishing the weeds had been cleared, however apart from that, you are looking at some very tough conditions.

big fish no access

just left laxton lake had permission to access it from land owner off clearbrook rd after ten cast some loser from the other side of lake came ripping over on a jetski threatening me and proceeded to call the cops if I didn't leave apparently that lake was dug and stocked 27 years ago by some guy I forget his name but it took him four years two dig it according to the guy that kicked me out. somehow I find it funny that a lake that size is only 27 years old. if anyone can find out more on this topic id love to find out the history behind this lake cuz I cant find nothing about that on the net...
