Does anybody know if Kidd lake is ice free yet. Had received word it was all open around the aerators and melting but wanted to hit it on opening day due to the lack of open water here around Vernon.

have you fished this lake before Tuber? its tough fishing for a small deep hole surrounded by shallow weeds. very hard to kick out in a float tube (did it last year) of course we caught nothing as the fish had gone down deep. we have 50feet of rope and couldnt reach bottom with the anchors :-\ so made chronie fishing tougher in the big wind off the highway. there are some big fish in there if you can catch them :beerchug:
