Hi Everyone,

My wife and I are planning on going to Norht Barriere Lake in July, and I was wondering what kind of fish are in the lake. I had heard that there are Lakers in there but Angler's Atlas doesn't mention them there. Also, if there are Lakers in there, how big do they get? How big do the Rainbow and Kokanee get? Best places to fish?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Rainbows, Dolly's and the odd laker. Fish the east end of the lake where the river comes in, and try the west end where the lake emptys into the Barriere river and just above the mouth where Harper creek comes in. Pheasant tail nymphs always work well for me but this was back in the seventies when we had a cabin on East Barriere lake. Good luck
