What products are out there to protect your index finger from line cuts while fly fishing? A couple of times yesterday the Chum took off before I could get the extra line to the reel and created quite the grooves in my right index finger. Or is this just another one of those things that I will learn to live with as I gain more experience.

I use crazy glue after the fact and my hands are brutalized from line cuts, thanks to the braid.
