Been here for the last few days and the fishing has been slow. Caught one at dark on a leech right off shore casting from a dock. Caught another nice one just up from the campground on a dragonfly nymph. Only saw a few other fish caught in four days. One guy thinks the lake may be turning. Weather was mixture of clouds and showers with wind.

Any body else out there recently with a report?

On the monday of the long weekend we did alright with about a dozen hookups, some decent fish, we were indicator fishing leeches with best results.

tntmarine was it hot up there on the Monday long weekend. I was in Parksville and it was cooking that day.

What kind of depth were you fishing the leeches with the indicators. By the weeds or on the dropoffs?
