[dinsdale piranha]

Okay, I'm reasonably mechanically inclined, but for the life of me I CANNOT get those darn rubber "O-ring", oar stops on my oars. They are those 2pc aluminum abominations that came with my Buck's Bags South Fork. I've tried hot water, soap, a hammer, a BIGGER hammer, etc.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
