1. Open an account at one of the many online photo caches (Photobucket.com is the one I use).
2. Download your photos from your camera to the photo cache (Photobucket)
3. In the photo cache, click the box for IMG code (this should automatically copy the image to your clipboard)
4. Go to the BCFR post you wish to insert the image into, and paste it in.
