I'll be there early to mid May this year...unless something comes up and we end up fishing elsewhere. So far I have my reservations with Vivian at Roberts Roost...but I've been dying to explore the Chilkotin also.

Looks as if my anual May trip this year will be spent in all the little pot holes around 70 mile. Hopefully I can make it back up to Dragon in the fall..

Finder

Nope, I'm not a local on Dragon, but I wish to be one day. I live in Prince George, only an hour and a half from home. I fish this lake all the time in the spring and the fall. Last year ice off was on march 25th or so. My first day on the water was march 27th. I should be out there on the weekend of april 15th.

My favourite chironie pattern is black and red ribbing with a silver bead head. I have been having more success on the fluorocarbon leader too!! But, to be fair, I am starting to see more fish caught on a black or purple microleech with red ribbing and silver bead head.

Good luck guys and hope to see you out there!!!
I'm the red fish cat boat with all the goodies on it ...haha. :D :D :D

Nope this'll be the first time concentrating my efforts in the south Cariboo..

I was up at Bob's in north BBY and he told me that a couple of guys were on Beaverdam lake spinning donuts 2 weeks ago and sunk the truck. They got out.
Will not be too got for the bugs or fish....
