I don't know if the Cap and Lynn are looked at by MoE or some one else but for the Seymour you could try contacting the Seymour Salmonid Society. They run the hatchery program, swim the Seymour and do radio tagging to try and get accurate numbers in that river. I do believe the counts were up slightly this year.

As RLN sugested contacting Seymour Salmoinid Society would be best. Their website is in my sig. Also great guys to help out if you are thinking of volunteering your time.

Seymour numbers are low Summer fish usually below 100 fish. Winter in the 100-300 range last I heard.
